What is sexual harassment? Have you ever truly taken the time to come to terms of what it means to be sexually harassed? “Harassment can include ‘sexual harassment’ or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature.” 

(https://www.eeoc.gov/sexual-harassment). What is sexual assault? “Sexual assault is any type of sexual activity or contact that you do not consent to. Sexual assault can happen through physical force or threats of force or if the attacker gave the victim drugs or alcohol as part of the assault.” (https://www.womenshealth.gov/relationships-and-safety/sexual-assault-and-rape/sexual-assault). Through this photograph series, I intend to shed light on sexual harassment and assault, along with how this predatory behavior is normalized. Sexual harassment and assault can happen to anyone anywhere, and through the eyes of a bystander, it is imperative to realize the importance of trying to make a change within yourself as well as within others.
